Tyler, the Creator has secured the title of the best-selling rapper on vinyl for the year 2023.

Reports indicate that the artist achieved an impressive sales figure of 552,000 records in the United States, not only earning him the distinction of the best-selling rapper but also ranking as the top-selling male artist and the third best-selling artist overall for 2023. Expressing gratitude, Tyler tweeted, "Thanks to you all who helped in keeping physical media alive!"

Among other hip-hop artists in the top 10 for the previous year, Travis Scott claimed the No. 4 spot with 474,000 albums, Kendrick Lamar secured the No. 6 position with 382,000 albums, and the late Mac Miller reached No. 10 with 354,000 albums.

Leading the overall vinyl sales for 2023, Taylor Swift maintained her No. 1 position for the third consecutive year, selling an impressive 3.484 million albums. Lana Del Rey followed at No. 2 with 646,000 copies. Completing the top 10 were Olivia Rodrigo at No. 5 with 408,000, Metallica at No. 7 with 378,000, The Beatles at No. 8 with 373,000, and Fleetwood Mac at No. 9 with 357,000.

In 2023, a total of 49.61 million vinyl records were sold in the U.S., marking a 14.2% increase from the previous year's 43.46 million copies. Taylor Swift's albums accounted for one in every 25 vinyl albums sold.
