17-Piece Collection Inspired by Tremaine Emory's Youth
Following a teaser earlier this year, Stüssy and Denim Tears have officially launched their highly anticipated collaborative collection.
Drawing inspiration from Denim Tears founder Tremaine Emory's high school years in Jamaica, Queens, the 17-piece range features a refined selection of apparel and accessories.
Classic staples like shirts, blazers, cardigans, chinos, and messenger bags are reimagined with distinctive co-branding, featuring the iconic Stüssy Double S Wreath alongside the Pan-African American flag, a powerful symbol of both brands' heritage.
The collection also pays homage to the cultural significance of Spades, incorporating Annie Lee's renowned painting "Six No Uptown," which celebrates the creative expression of the African Diaspora.
The Stüssy x Denim Tears collection is available now on both brands' websites and select retail locations, with prices ranging from $55 to $650 USD.
This collaboration marks a continued partnership between the two brands, building upon their successful 2022 project where Denim Tears' "African Diaspora Goods" flagship occupied Stüssy's former Spring Street location in New York City.
