Designer Connects Jamaican and British Influences
British designer Nicholas Daley is set to unveil his Fall/Winter 2025 collection, a vibrant exploration of his Jamaican and British heritage.
Titled "Island Ties," the collection draws inspiration from the designer's dual heritage, reflecting an "ongoing exploration of identity" that has been a central theme throughout his work. Daley aims to "draw a direct line" between his Jamaican and British roots, recognizing the rich and complex interplay between these two cultures.
The FW25 collection features a range of seasonally appropriate staples crafted from luxurious fabrics. Classic Wide-Leg Pleated Trousers, a nod to Daley's time on Savile Row, are reimagined with a contemporary twist.
The collection incorporates a vibrant color palette and playful cuts, while introducing "Night Tartan," a fresh iteration of the brand's signature check pattern.
