Diddy is facing a new lawsuit alleging he sex trafficked a 15-year-old girl at a 2020 party in Miami.

The lawsuit, filed on Friday, claims the accuser was among several minors forced to participate in sexual activity at a party hosted by Diddy. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Diddy welcomed guests to the party, which took place in a warehouse, and offered a toast before the alleged sexual activity began.

The accuser alleges that she was drugged at the party and subsequently forced to have sex with over 20 men in a designated area. She also claims to have witnessed Diddy engage in sexual activity with another young girl, believed to be 12 or 13 years old.

Following the party, the accuser and other girls were allegedly taken to an undisclosed location. The lawsuit seeks damages from Diddy and several unidentified men.

This lawsuit comes amidst a series of legal challenges facing Diddy. Notably, a separate lawsuit alleging that Diddy and Jay-Z raped a 13-year-old girl in 2000 was voluntarily dismissed by the plaintiff on Friday.

In response to the new allegations, Diddy's legal team issued a statement to TMZ, reiterating his denial of all wrongdoing. "No matter how many lawsuits are filed... it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone," the statement read.

This new lawsuit adds another layer to the ongoing legal battles surrounding Diddy.
