Despite being off-schedule and located near London City Airport, Mowalola made a triumphant return to London for Spring/Summer 2024. Designer Mowalola Ogunlesi unveiled her latest collection amid the buzz of London Fashion Week. Titled "Crash," the collection was all about embracing life on the edge, drawing inspiration from her first viewing of David Cronenberg's 1995 erotic thriller film of the same name.

Ogunlesi's fourth collection injected an element of chaos onto the runway, witnessed by around 1,000 attendees. She explained that the collection was inspired by the fetishization of pain as depicted in the film "Crash," and it led her to envision "a whole universe that resides on the street." The garments intentionally bore a worn, dirty aesthetic, yet Ogunlesi managed to infuse unconventional beauty into the collection. Models' makeup resembled bruises or severe scars, adding a visceral emotional quality to the artistic intent of the collection.

The collection featured explicit graphics, reflecting the designer's commitment to pushing boundaries. It included dirty denim pieces, smudged trousers, and provocative content in the form of micro skirts and midriff-revealing outfits. The runway showcased matching looks, including Umbro bootlegs, creating a sense of duality. The collection also featured striking contrasts, such as an EU skirt paired with a Union Jack cap, adding a compelling eccentricity.

Despite the absence of many industry figures at the event, Ye and his wife, Bianca Censori, sat in the front row. Ogunlesi has a longstanding relationship with Ye, having worked with him in 2017 during the lockdown on Yeezy Gap. During that time, she also collaborated with Censori. Ogunlesi expressed her gratitude for Ye, emphasizing that their creative process is an ongoing, evolving journey. She also praised Censori for her positive energy and intelligence. At the show, Ye was dressed in all-black attire, including a balaclava that concealed his face, while Censori sported a contrasting white bodysuit. Additionally, it appeared that Ye debuted new music during the Mowalola runway show.
