Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR are projected to take the top spot on next week's Billboard 200 chart with their collaborative album, "$ome $exy $ongs 4 U."
Industry projections from HITS Daily Double estimate the album will earn approximately 250,000 equivalent album units, including 28,000 in traditional album sales. The 21-track project has already achieved a major milestone, breaking Apple Music's record for the biggest R&B/soul album by first-day streams worldwide, though specific figures were not released.
Released on Valentine's Day, "$ome $exy $ongs 4 U" marks Drake's first full-length release since "For All the Dogs" in 2023, and comes amidst his highly publicized feud with Kendrick Lamar. For PARTYNEXTDOOR, this is his first album since "P4" in 2024. The album features guest appearances from Pim, Chino Pacas, and Yebba, and production contributions from frequent collaborators such as Noel Cadastre, Gordo, and Jordan Ullman.
