Duane "Keffe D" Davis has been charged with one count of murder with a deadly weapon in connection with the 1996 fatal shooting of rapper 2Pac (Tupac Shakur), as announced by prosecutors. The arrest took place in Las Vegas.

Keffe D had previously confessed to being in the car from which the bullets that killed 2Pac were fired. The drive-by shooting occurred on September 7, 1996, just one block from the Las Vegas Strip. His arrest follows a raid on the home of Davis's wife, Paula Clemons, by the Las Vegas Metro Police Department in July.
